We strive to ship orders by the next business day. However, all orders will ship within 7 business days. If the item is a pre-order, once the item arrives in store, we will ship within 7 business days.

- Eligible purchases made within 21 days of original purchase may be refunded or exchanged.
- Clothing items in their original condition with tags attached.
- Clothing must not be altered in anyway, this includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
- Shoes must not be worn, and boxes must be in good shape. Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping container.
- Unfortunately, items that are marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All jewelry and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Gift certificates may be redeemed for merchandise only.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit to us.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed minus shipping charges. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
**Any orders placed on Comment Sold (including through our app) will be credited to your Comment Sold account for use on a future Comment Sold order.
To complete your return, please include the following:
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Your return address
- Your phone number or email so that we may notify you with the status of your refund.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please send an email to email@example.com with the item number and the correct size. We will get back to you and let you know if we still have your size available.
If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a $8.95 shipping fee and a $10.00 handling fee to return the item to you.
Orders purchased via Sezzle cannot be cancelled. They may only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
If you are eligible for a refund and feel that it is delayed, please check with your bank and/or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for your refund to post.
