Shipping 

We strive to ship same day or next day. 

Sometimes, we are not able to do so because of demand or holidays. However, our orders will ship within 7 business days if not sooner.

If the item is a pre-order, once the item arrives in store, we will ship within 7 business days.

Returns

Eligible purchases made within 21 days of original purchase may be refunded or exchanged.

  • Eligible purchases include:
  • Clothing items in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Clothing must not be altered in anyway, this includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
  • Shoes must not be worn, and boxes must be in good shape. Please do not use the shoebox as the shipping container.
  • Unfortunately, items that are marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All jewelry and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Gift certificates may be redeemed for merchandise only.

To complete your return please include the following:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Your return address
  • Your phone number or email so that we may notify you with the status of your refund.

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed minus shipping charges. Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit to us.
 
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please send an email to tlwilcoxson@yahoo.com with the item number and the correct size. We will get back to you and let you know if we still have your size available.

Comment Sold Orders: Any orders placed on Comment Sold will be credited to your Comment Sold account for use on a future Comment Sold order.

Sezzle Orders:  Orders purchased via Sezzle cannot be cancelled. They may only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.  

Late or missing refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund and feel that it is delayed, please check with your bank and/or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for your refund to post.
 If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at tlwilcoxson@yahoo.com.

Defective Items:
If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us by email at tlwilcoxson@yahoo.com within 3 business days of delivery, otherwise it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return or exchange. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a $8.95 shipping fee and a $10.00 handling fee to return the item to you.
